Position Overview:

The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of cohesive, full-funnel marketing strategies, across paid and owned channels, that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Advertising, this role ensures all marketing channels and touchpoints, including print, digital, PR, social, and stores work together seamlessly to deliver a consistent and compelling customer experience. This leader partners cross-functionally to align brand/marketing, merchandising, and store teams, translating business objectives into integrated campaigns that resonate with the target audience and deliver measurable results.  This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, operational excellence, and creative partnership in a fast-growing, multi-unit retail environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and lead the integrated marketing strategy and planning process, translating business, promotional cadence, and merchandising strategies into effective, compelling multi-channel campaign plans and retail calendar.  
  •  Lead integrated marketing planning meetings and workflows and act as the central connector across internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Gather all inputs, develop a cohesive plan, and drive the alignment of the integrated marketing initiatives across marketing and the organization, providing clear communication and direction to the teams.
  • Align efforts and ensure consistency of messaging and brand creative across all customer touchpoints, while allowing for channel-specific optimization.
  • Lead the seasonal, promotional, and evergreen brand campaigns, from brief through execution and optimization, across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, store operations, and finance to align priorities and timelines, and ensure executional clarity.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Creative to deliver break-through, on-brand work.
  • Define the KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns and channels, as well as analyze performance data to generate insights and optimize future campaigns. Escalate insights and recommendations to the VP of Advertising to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Oversee the PR strategy to drive awareness, credibility, and cultural relevance.
  • Lead organic social media strategies across platforms to build brand voice, engagement, and community, ensuring content aligns with business objectives and campaign priorities.
  • Develop and scale influencer and creative strategies to extend reach and build brand affinity and measure impact across awareness, engagement and earned media impact.
  • Ensure PR, social, and influencer content are integrated into broader campaigns and paid media strategies.
  • Lead, develop and monitor the marketing strategy for new store openings, relocations, and remodels to drive brand awareness and affinity in new markets, and optimize efforts for the future.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing integrated marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and accountability.
  • Manage external agencies to deliver best-in-class strategies and execution. 

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing, media, or integrated campaign roles, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments.
  • Proven track record of leading full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Deep understanding of retail marketing levers including promotions, seasonality, and merchandising.
  • Strong experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  •  Comfortable balancing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing teams and external partners/agencies.
