Job description

We have an opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic individual to provide global channel marketing leadership. In this highly visible role, you will be a key leader on the team and develop strong partnerships with the line of business leaders providing thought leadership, marketing big ideas, promotional playbooks and in-store execution that will enable the LOB’s to achieve and overdrive their revenue targets. You will drive marketing strategies and evaluate Resideo’s channel marketing investments to maximize ROI. As a leader of a global team you will need to coach, manage and direct day-to-day activities of the teams’ ensuring ‘customer first’ mindset.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Lead channel marketing strategy, initiatives and program execution across all products and solutions (lines and segments) through a team of 3 direct reports and 16 indirect reports globally
  • Work in collaboration with the VP Portfolio Marketing and other key stakeholders in developing annual marketing plans
  • Thought leadership and key strategic partner to the line of business leaders. Oversee the marketing plan for specific channels within the organization
  • Coach, develop and manage team to drive Customer planning, marketing strategy and in-store display / experience
  • Ensures multiple stakeholder alignment to the strategy including, but not limited to Sales and Marketing Leadership, Digital and Marcom leadership and finance and legal partners
  • Drives business development opportunities through the identification of outside partners that can help elevate and extend our brand into multiple touch points and provide enhanced channel insights
  • Develops relationships with key customers at the VP Marketing level and leads ‘tough conversations’ to ensure that our investment is maximized
  • Leads the strategy and vetting of the top trade associations that will help support cross-functional teams and grow the Pro-Channel (B2B) business
  • Collaborates with Trade and Customer Events Management to include outside agencies and vendors in the execution of displays, events, trade shows and other aspects related to bringing partnerships to the market place
  • Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing
  • Own channel P&L to make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom line sales

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 8 years marketing experience in B2B technology company
  • A minimum of 5 years in a channel marketing management role
