Job Summary

The Head of Channel & Field Marketing, Americas will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing initiatives to drive pipeline creation and acceleration across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This role balances field marketing (direct sales enablement, regional demand generation) with channel marketing (partner co-marketing, enablement, and MDF execution).

Reporting to VP of Global Demand Generation, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders, channel account managers, partners, and the global marketing team to execute impactful campaigns, events, and programs that support Versa’s ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Design and execute integrated regional campaigns aligned with Americas pipeline goals.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign processes: planning, budgeting, execution, lead follow-up, and performance tracking.
    • Collaborate with Global Demand Gen to localize and amplify campaigns for the Americas market.
    • Design and Develop a scalable Partner program. (review existing prartner program and own the development and enhancements of the program.)
  • Channel Marketing (Partner & Alliances Support)
    • Lead co-marketing with key partners, VARs, distributors, MSSPs, and service providers.
    • Own the MDF process: allocation, approvals, execution support, and ROI measurement.
    • Build scalable partner enablement kits (campaign-in-a-box, playbooks, content).
    • Execute joint events, webinars, and digital campaigns with partners.
  • Field Marketing (Direct Sales Support)
    • Partner with Americas Sales leadership to design pipeline-building programs: executive roundtables, roadshows, webinars, trade shows, customer advisory boards.
    • Support ABM and territory-level campaigns for high-value accounts.
    • Drive regional customer advocacy, references, and success stories.
  • Regional GTM Strategy & Alignment
    • Act as the bridge between Global Marketing, Americas Sales, and Channel teams.
    • Adapt messaging and tactics for U.S., Canada, and LATAM markets (localization when required).
    • Provide feedback from the field to shape global campaigns and product launches.
  • Metrics & Reporting
    • Track KPIs including pipeline sourced/influenced, event ROI, MDF ROI, partner engagement, and regional marketing contribution.
    • Provide regular performance updates to the VP of Global Demand Generation and regional leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a mix of field and channel marketing.
  • Proven experience in the SaaS B2B industry, preferably in the cybersecurity/ Networking sector or SaaS companies.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline contribution via field and partner campaigns.
  • Expertise in co-marketing execution, MDF management, and partner enablement.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas (approx. 25–35%).
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish/Portuguese) a plus for LATAM support.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of $175,000 to $220,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
