Job description

We're looking for a Head of Integrating Marketing to own global demand generation, integrated campaigns and cross-sell/upsell programs for Diligent's AI-powered GRC platform. This role is responsible for driving high-quality full-funnel pipeline for net-new acquisition and cross-sell/upsell across the existing base. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, team, and execution behind how Diligent generates and converts demand at scale: integrated campaigns, paid media, lifecycle marketing, advocacy and reference programs; and the always-on engine that supports regional and account-based motions.
You would be joining Diligent at an exciting moment in the company's history, as they unleash their new AI-powered GRC platform to help General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, Audit and Risk Leaders. This is the result of nearly three years of intense development of agentic workflows inside the Diligent platform, as well as MCP/plug-in access to Diligent offerings - providing a robust, differentiated experience for clients who need solutions that accelerate and action critical business objectives, not just static reporting.
You will own global integrated campaign architecture and execution, building awareness, consideration, and conversion programs that fill the pipeline for net-new growth, while driving full-funnel campaigns that expand adoption across Boards, Entities, Risk & Compliance, and AuditAI. You'll own the budget, the campaign roadmap, and the relationship with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Analytics as the primary driver of scalable, always-on demand. Key marketing partners include the Head of Enterprise and Field Marketing, Head of Growth and brand leadership. Key GTM and product partners include the Chief Customer Officer, SVP Sales, BU leaders, and Analytics. You will be a member of the Marketing Leadership Team with direct access to Diligent's C-suite.
What You'll Do
Global Campaign Strategy & Leadership
  • Define, own and execute the global integrated campaign strategy for demand generation, aligned to company pipeline and bookings targets.
  • In partnership with Brand and Product Marketing, deliver the expanded and updated Diligent story powerfully across outbound marketing channels for our AI GRC platforms to drive high quality leads, adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with Product, Brand and Analytics partners to understand and action competitive dynamics in messaging and channel selection for campaigns.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a global team of demand generation, digital, and campaign marketers.
  • Own global top-of-funnel coverage to drive high quality leads, and rigorously evaluate lead quality and conversion to support downfunnel outcomes.
  • Own cross-sell/upsell strategies to current customer base, leveraging new platform and AI narratives to drive new conversations with clients.
  • Build scalable global campaign frameworks and assets that support local execution in partnership with Field Marketing.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner to Sales and RevOps on pipeline generation; represent Revenue Marketing in monthly operating reviews (MORs), pipeline reviews, and quarterly/annual planning.

Net-New Demand Generation
  • Globally own and scale paid media strategy and integrated campaigns across search, social, and programmatic to drive high-quality net-new pipeline.
  • Build and manage always-on nurture, lifecycle, and agentic programs that convert awareness into qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with Product and PMM to ensure campaign messaging reflects product nuance and competitive positioning.
  • Leverage AI for prospect sales intelligence to understand lift and tipping points in the net-new funnel.
  • Develop outbound plays in partnership with Sales that are timely, current, high-quality and focused in concert with marketing-led motions.
  • Develop and refine ideal customer profile and persona-based targeting to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Cross-Sell & Upsell
  • Own full-funnel campaign strategy for cross-sell/upsell of the full Diligent platform into the existing base.
  • Design integrated campaigns that support land-and-expand motions and multi-product adoption.
  • Partner with Customer Success on base-expansion signals, renewal timing, and expansion campaigns.
  • Leverage AI for sales intelligence to understand lift and tipping points in the client sales funnel.
  • Work with growth and analytics teams to identify triggers and intent.

Measurement & Operations
  • Own pipeline and campaign reporting on leads, conversion rates, CAC and channel-level ROI in partnership with RevOps/marketing ops.
  • Evaluate current lead scoring systems to optimize follow up and outcomes.
  • Assess and as needed, expand the automation and campaign technology stack for AI optimization.
  • Manage the global demand generation and paid media budget; report ROI and pipeline influence to executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Enterprise/Field Marketing, Growth and Brand to keep campaign programs integrated rather than siloed.
  • Collaborate on a daily basis with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops on attribution, forecasting, and reporting so program impact is measurable and defensible.
  • Bring a data-driven, channel-informed point of view into broader marketing strategy and planning cycles.

What We're Looking For
  • 12+ years in B2B/SaaS marketing, including 5+ years leading demand, integrated or revenue marketing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-region environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning integrated campaign and customer marketing strategy at scale, with a track record of driving pipeline and conversion.
  • Experience building full-funnel programs in a multi-product platform business.
  • Deep comfort operating at the executive level with Sales and RevOps leadership; strong influence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in pipeline and funnel metrics and long, complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Command over marketing automation, CRM, and paid media platforms; strong command of attribution and channel-level ROI.
  • Global experience: has led or worked closely with teams outside their home region
  • Preferred experience in a $500M+ ARR SaaS company with a multi-product cross-sell/upsell motion.
  • Experience with executing product transformation stories in campaigns required.
  • BA in a related field.

Quarterly travel is expected for this role, with visits to key offices and regional hubs.
U.S pay range
$200,000-$275,000 USD
