SUMMARY

The Integrated Marketing Manager is accountable for GTM planning and execution across assigned product launches within Kids2's portfolio of brands. This role translates product, brand, customer, and market priorities into integrated launch plans that support consumer relevance, retail readiness, and commercial impact. The Manager leads day-to-day coordination of communication briefs, content creation, packaging, activations, and launch deliverables across retail and digital touchpoints.

This role partners cross-functionally with stakeholders across Category, Insights, Performance Marketing, Sales, Creative, Social, Ecommerce, and Legal to ensure launch plans are aligned, executed on time, and positioned to support a cohesive consumer experience and business objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

GTM Planning and Execution

  • Accountable for GTM planning and execution for assigned product launches across Kids2's portfolio of brands.
  • Translate business priorities, product strategy, customer needs, and consumer insights into integrated launch plans.
  • Manage day-to-day launch coordination, workback plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure launch readiness across communication briefs, content, packaging, activations, and digital touchpoints.

Product Marketing

  • Create and manage cross-functional product marketing strategies and execution for assigned products across retail and digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure key milestones are achieved within the end-to-end process leading up to launch, including communication briefs, creative reviews, content creation, and digital shelf readiness.
  • Support packaging and ecommerce readiness to ensure consumer-facing materials are aligned and on time.

Brand Marketing

  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategy, including consumer-facing marketing assets and campaigns, to effectively launch products to a global audience.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative, Social, and Performance Marketing teams to develop advertising, social/community, influencer, PR, and retail experiences.
  • Help ensure that the total consumer experience is cohesive across channels and touchpoints.

Customer Marketing

  • Work with key accounts such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Babylist, along with global and regional Sales teams, to understand customer marketing needs.
  • Support product launches through customer-specific activations and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with sales planning and cross-functional teams to help ensure customer requirements are incorporated into launch plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across launch workstreams.
  • Maintain clear communication, organization, and follow-through across teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Marketing Analysis

  • Track and report launch performance against agreed-upon success metrics
  • Support post-launch recaps by gathering inputs, results, and learnings
  • Identify executional learnings that can inform future campaign planning

Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitive product launch strategies and tactics to ensure Kids2's go-to-market plans remain strong and competitive.
  • Prepare and share competitive updates to increase organizational visibility and awareness

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of related experience in marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, or go-to-market execution

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required, or equivalent experience
  • Product launch experience
  • Experience supporting national or global integrated marketing plans for recognized B2C brands
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, including ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, and optimization
  • Consumer insights experience to help improve campaign targeting, delivery, or performance
  • Strong presentation skills for senior management and retailer presentations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
