Job description

Title: Integrated Marketing Manager (Austin, TX)

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid 2 days/week in office required)

We are looking for anIntegrated Marketing Manager to serve as the primary driver of demand generation and pipeline growth across TogetherWorkโ€™s portfolio of vertical software and payments solutions. This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns that translate product positioning into measurable business results. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, and external agency partners, the Integrated Marketing Manager owns campaign strategy, performance optimization, and full-funnel execution across multiple channels.

What youโ€™ll do:Integrated Campaign Strategy & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to company revenue and pipeline goals
  • Translate product positioning, messaging, and launches into full-funnel campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue
  • Determine the appropriate mix of content, webinars, events, paid media, lifecycle marketing, ABM, partner programs, and customer marketing to achieve campaign objectives
  • Develop campaign briefs, messaging, offers, and buyer journeys that align with target personas and buying groups
Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Own campaign performance across all channels and continuously optimize programs based on data and business outcomes
  • Analyze funnel performance, campaign attribution, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to execute paid media, marketing automation, SEO, email, and website initiatives while providing strategic direction and campaign priorities
  • Design and execute A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline quality
Content & Demand Programs
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to transform positioning and messaging into compelling marketing campaigns
  • Identify content needs throughout the buyer journey and collaborate on the development of landing pages, webinars, customer stories, nurture campaigns, sales enablement assets, and thought leadership
  • Develop integrated campaign plans that coordinate content, digital channels, events, outbound programs, and follow-up activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Business leaders to align marketing programs with business priorities
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and consistently
  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting, and best practices to improve planning and execution across the portfolio
AI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of Working
  • Leverage approved AI tools to improve campaign planning, content development, research, and performance analysis
  • Use dashboards, attribution reporting, and AI-supported insights to proactively identify performance opportunities and risks
  • Continuously build AI literacy and identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows through automation and improved processes
What youโ€™ll bring:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing to translate positioning into successful marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing including content, webinars, paid media, email, ABM, events, SEO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, attribution reporting, and campaign analytics to optimize marketing performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Takes ownership and drives programs forward without being asked
  • Comfortable with camera-on meetings and senior leadership-level communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
