Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive dealer engagement, product launches, demand generation, and business growth.

We are looking for a marketing leader who thrives on driving execution, influencing cross-functional teams, and turning strategic priorities into measurable results. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading campaign discussions, coordinating with agency partners, collaborating with sales and product teams, and executing initiatives hands-on.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Product, this role oversees marketing events and serves as the primary relationship manager for our external advertising agency partner. You will also work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align campaign strategy, digital execution, lead generation, and performance optimization across dealer and end-user audiences.

What You’ll Own

Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches, seasonal sales initiatives, dealer engagement programs, demand generation, customer retention and brand awareness. You will move initiatives from concept to execution while ensuring timelines, messaging, and deliverables stay on track.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, Digital Marketing, and Agency partners. You will help align messaging, launch readiness, campaign priorities, and customer engagement efforts across the organization.

Go-To-Market Execution: Drive launch execution for new products and attachment solutions through campaign planning, dealer communication, sales enablement tools, launch assessments, customer-facing messaging.

Content and Brand Execution: Lead development and deployment of campaign messaging, dealer toolkits, product launch materials, brochures, email campaigns, case studies, and event support materials. Help translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer-facing value propositions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or go-to-market execution
  • Experience leading projects, campaigns, or direct reports
  • Strong communication and project leadership skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and drive initiatives forward

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing, construction, industrial, heavy equipment, or dealer/distribution experience
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience
  • Experience supporting dealer networks or B2B channels

Why Blue Diamond?

  • Competitive salary plus monthly profit-sharing bonuses that reward team success
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vacation pay, and more
  • Growth and advancement opportunities within a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Team-focused culture built on Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Compassion, Growth, and Positivity
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through operational support, process improvement, and team development

If you are energized by ownership, execution, collaboration, and building marketing initiatives that drive measurable business results, we would love to hear from you.
