This contract role will support the Five9 mission by helping develop creative marketing strategies that drive growth in the global market, focusing on defining and achieving alignment on the big bet topics for Five9 and striving to achieve consistency in the big bet campaign execution across all regions.

You will work cross functionally to plan and execute best-in-class, integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across paid media, social, analyst and influencers, unpaid media, digital, web, email, webinars, events and more. Cross-department collaboration and communication is essential in order to create a global campaign and ensure adoption across regions. You will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of the market to support planning and strategy for the Marketing team.

This contract is for July 2026 to January 2027.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the interlock between Product Marketing and Regions on big bet topics and campaign definition
  • Manage individual marketing campaigns as prioritized
  • Alignment with digital: web and demand gen and AR/ PR teams for an integrated execution
  • Orchestrate content creation and execution across Product Marketing, 3rd party agencies and digital platforms, including digital and web assets, events, videos, surveys, strategic content and creative, etc.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end multi-channel global campaigns and optimization for marketing campaigns, programs such as programmatic, webinars, adhoc emails, nurtures, events etc.
  • Manage and organize campaign documentation, plans, performance data/ report etc.
  • Collaborate with Content team and develop campaign focused messaging for campaign specific deliverables (ie. Ads, landing pages, etc.) and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels for top tier campaigns and assets.
  • Partner with product management and sales enablement teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales objectives for campaign deliverables.

Deliverables:

  • Coordinate and help deliver marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to quarterly content plan aligned between creative, product marketing teams
  • Quarterly plan alignment with web, demand gen and field marketing teams
  • Campaign setup, results tracking and measurement via E2E/ Domo, Salesforce and Google dashboards

Measurement and Optimization:

  • Develop campaign strategies to achieve desired outcomes, improve conversion rates, and make a meaningful revenue impact.
  • Establish regular communication with key stakeholders, sharing data, reviewing performance, and addressing action items.
  • Help stakeholders focus their energy on the highest potential topics and campaigns (e.g. top-performing content, activation channels, verticals country-by-country).
  • Help build processes and procedures to ensure that every global program is successful as a result of close collaboration between Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, Creative and content, Digital and Regional Sales among others.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned marketer with a data-driven, customer-centric approach
  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in successfully running global, integrated campaigns to improve conversions
  • Highly collaborative individual able to juggle multiple priorities and get things done
  • Ability to navigate matrix situations and represent the team with integrity, professionalism, and self-sufficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative and analytical mindset
  • Problem solving skills - unraveling and solving business process issues
  • 5+ years' experience with Marketing and analytics Tools such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, SFDC, Domo, Google Analytics and more
  • Self- starter, with a passion for building
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to map the customer journey, workback timelines, and identify key moments to engage audiences.
