What You'll Do:

 

The Manager, Integrated Marketing leads the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support business development, brand awareness, partner engagement, digital marketing, and product launch activities. This role serves as the operational leader responsible for coordinating marketing programs across internal stakeholders, external agencies, and strategic partners to ensure successful execution of the organization's marketing strategy.

The Manager also provides day-to-day leadership and direction to the Communications & Campaign Specialist (dotted-line reporting), ensuring communications activities, campaign execution, and marketing programs are aligned with organizational priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Integrated Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting corporate priorities, business development objectives, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across campaigns, digital marketing, partner marketing, communications, and agency partners.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop integrated marketing calendars and execution plans.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage campaign schedules, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across owned, earned, shared, and paid media.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Product Launch Support

  • Coordinate marketing execution for new product and solution launches.
  • Partner with Product Management and the Content Marketing Specialist to ensure launch deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate launch communications, campaign activities, digital assets, and sales enablement rollout.
  • Track launch milestones and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for external marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate work across creative, digital, PR, advertising, and other agency partners.
  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure alignment with marketing priorities.

Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Partner with agencies to optimize digital marketing performance and user engagement.
  • Monitor website, campaign, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to digital marketing effectiveness.

Partner & Vendor Marketing

  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, announcements, and promotional activities.
  • Manage partner marketing plans, deliverables, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to maximize the impact of partner marketing investments.
  • Track and report on partner marketing activities and outcomes.

 

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including experience leading integrated marketing programs. 
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, email, social media, and sales enablement. 
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies, creative partners, and marketing vendors. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Management, Sales, Business Development, Communications, and executive leadership. 
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.). 
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $[MIN] to $[MAX]. The final base salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the position's location, the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
