Job description

ABOUT BESTOW
Life insurance is one of the world's most important products. It's also one of the hardest to build, distribute, and modernize. Bestow exists to change that.
Bestow is a leading vertical technology platform serving some of the largest and most innovative life insurers. Our platform unifies the fragmented, legacy value chain, enabling carriers to launch products in weeks instead of years. Carriers choose us to scale and operate at unprecedented speed, powered by AI and automation.
Bestow isn't selling policies. We're building the infrastructure that helps an entire industry move faster, reach more people, and deliver on its promise.
Backed by leading investors (Goldman Sachs, Hedosophia, NEA, Valar, 8VC) and trusted by major carriers, Bestow is powered by a team that moves with precision, purpose, and heart. If you want to help reimagine a centuries-old industry with lasting impact, join us.
Bestow offers flexible remote/hybrid work, meaningful benefits, equity, and substantial growth opportunities.
Bestow uses E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees. To learn more about E-Verify, including your rights and responsibilities, please visit E-Verify.gov.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the first hire on Bestow's Integrated Marketing team, and a generalist role by design. You'll be closest to how campaigns, events, and channels are actually performing in-market - with Sales, with buyers, with the numbers - and that vantage point directly shapes where Bestow's integrated marketing strategy goes next. You'll partner closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to translate that read into strategy, then build the engine that runs it: turning strategy into live campaigns, running programs, and reporting results. The Director holds final accountability for direction, channel priorities, and overall investment, but shapes it together with you, not in isolation.
You'll execute demand gen and paid media, connect event investment to lead generation and the broader digital ecosystem, and run the day-to-day systems that tie channel activity to Sales outcomes - pipeline reviews, account-based programs, and attribution reporting.
This role reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and is built for someone who wants real ownership over execution early, and a genuine voice in shaping strategy along the way: the chance to build process, run point across channels day to day, and grow the remit as the team scales. This role is open to Remote (US). #LIRemote
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Demand Generation & Paid Media
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid digital, email and nurture, and organic channels, with a sharp eye on what drives leads and pipeline.
  • Manage paid media budgets and targeting to maximize efficiency and pipeline contribution.
  • Contribute to SEO/AEO efforts to ensure Bestow is discoverable at every stage of the buyer journey.

Sales Alignment & Pipeline Accountability
  • Run the pipeline review cadence with Sales and roll up a marketing-sourced number for the Director to bring into forecasting.
  • Lead win-loss analysis and feed insights back into targeting and messaging.
  • Manage Salesforce campaign structures and hygiene to ensure clean attribution and reporting across every program.

Channel-to-Revenue Programs
  • Own channel-to-pipeline attribution and ROI reporting across all campaign types, and use it to help shape what the Director prioritizes next.
  • Manage day-to-day partner/vendor relationships and execute budget allocation across channel, event, and ABM spend, working with the Director to set and adjust those parameters.
  • Design target account methodology and tiering with Sales, informing and executing against account priorities you help set together with the Director and Sales leadership, and build personalized account-based campaigns.
  • Track how account engagement correlates to pipeline movement and deal speed.

GTM, Systems & Enablement
  • Activate Product Marketing positioning into channel and ABM campaigns, feeding in-market signals back into battlecards.
  • Maintain and optimize the martech stack, and run an ongoing testing agenda across channel mix, account plays, and messaging.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, improve targeting, and scale personalization across channels.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to help shape - and then execute against - a consistent message and channel strategy.

Events & Integrated Campaigns
  • Execute the lead capture, scoring, and follow-up that connect events to the rest of the demand engine, and report event ROI and pipeline contribution back to the Director.
  • Ensure every event ties into concurrent digital and nurture campaigns, per the integrated strategy you help shape with the Director, so experiential investment reinforces - rather than sits apart from - other channels.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Proven experience in demand generation, integrated campaign, or revenue marketing roles in B2B, ideally SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Motivated by owning execution and eager to bring your on-the-ground read on channels, campaigns, and Sales to strategy planning and review sessions.
  • A true generalist - you've run paid media, email/nurture, ABM, and events, and you're energized by breadth rather than narrow specialization.
  • Comfortable owning the connection between marketing activity and revenue: pipeline reviews, attribution, forecasting contribution, and win-loss analysis.
  • Experience building or running ABM programs, including account tiering and personalized account-level campaigns.
  • Fluent in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation platforms; you know how to structure campaigns for clean reporting.
  • Data-driven - you track what matters and use performance data to continuously improve programs.
  • A builder's mindset: energized by creating structure and process from scratch as the first hire on a growing team.
  • Comfortable with AI-powered marketing tools and excited to use them to work faster and scale personalization.
  • A strong collaborator who can work across Marketing, Sales, and external partners (including agencies) to get campaigns out the door and performing.
  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or a platform business is a plus.

TOTAL REWARDS

We understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable work environment and encourage individualism and authenticity in every team member.
