Plan and lead innovative product and growth marketing campaigns that support membership acquisition as well as deepen member relationships with UNFCU through our solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally throughout campaign planning from concept through execution of tactics, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with objectives. Leverage data-driven insights to identify audience opportunities, optimize paid, earned, and owned channels, and execute campaigns that drive conversions and measurable growth.

This position is expected to be hybrid.

NYC Salary Range - $103,380 - $130,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location

What you'll do
  • Regardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU's mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors.
  • Create comprehensive marketing campaigns that translate new products, features, and interest rate pricing into benefit-driven market positioning in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Infuse new membership acquisition and product growth opportunities into marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals for growth.
  • Drive the development and delivery of comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that effectively deepen relationships with members and target prospective members through paid and owned channels. 
  • Collaborate with product and UN Affairs & Partnerships teams to ensure appropriate product-market fit when expanding into new organizations to ensure product marketing is positioned to drive conversion and achieve growth goals. 
  • Design and implement marketing strategies that guide members through the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
What we're seeking
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 7 years of experience in marketing financial products or services to consumers
  • Experience developing and leading multi-channel and multi-product marketing campaigns across paid and owned media
What makes you stand out
  • Prior experience in a bank or credit union environment preferred
  • Experience using work management tools such as Asana is a plus
  • Experience using digital ad platforms (i.e. The Trade Desk, Google Display) with exposure to lookalike audience modeling as well as demographic, geographic and interest-based audience selection attributes
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
