Blackbird Labs is a loyalty and payments platform establishing meaningful connections between the world’s best restaurants and their customers.

Served up in 2022 by Ben Leventhal, co‑founder of Eater and Resy, Blackbird offers a fully customizable loyalty programming platform for restaurants and a consumer app designed to make every guest feel like a bonafide VIP no matter where they dine. Backed by Union Square Ventures, a16z, Amex Ventures, Variant Fund, and other forward‑thinking investors, Blackbird is out to revolutionize the restaurant industry.

About Our Team:

At Blackbird, our values guide everything we do and our talent principles define the key traits we seek in our employees.

We have passion for our product – committed to our mission and instinctively think like and go the extra mile for our customers. We are elite performers – striving for excellence, going above and beyond to achieve exceptional results, and learning quickly with horsepower, drive, and grit. We make others better – taking initiative to elevate others, giving and receiving feedback, and championing a culture of growth. We hold one another accountable to living out our talent principles as we march together to achieving our mission.

About the Role

Blackbird works with the best restaurants in the country to help them build deeper relationships with their most valuable guests — through Blackbird Club, rewards, exclusive access, and experiences that go beyond the meal. Our marketing team makes sure the right people are discovering Blackbird in the right places in every market, and this role sits at the center of how all of it gets done.

Blackbird is looking for an Integrated Marketing Associate reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone who serves as the operational backbone of the marketing department — equal parts executor and analyst. You'll run an email send in the morning, pull a performance report by noon, and coordinate an out‑of‑home vendor by the end of day.

You’ll work across all five of our markets — New York, Denver, Los Angeles, Charleston, and San Francisco — coordinating campaigns from briefing through execution and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This isn't just task execution: you're the connective tissue that lets our Experiential and Content & Communications leads do their best work, and the person who keeps five markets moving in sync.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate the moving parts of market‑level campaigns from briefing through execution — keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders aligned across all five markets

  • Manage vendor relationships and production timelines for out‑of‑home placements, including local print and install logistics per market

  • Build and maintain standardized monthly market briefs covering upcoming activations, campaigns, and launches — and serve as the connective tissue with local PR partners, handling follow‑ups

Email & Reporting

  • Support one‑off campaign email sends (market launches, seasonal activations, new market rollouts) and the Weekly Flyer

  • Own audience segmentation logic and list hygiene

  • Pull and synthesize campaign and channel metrics; maintain dashboards and deliver regular readouts — no walls of numbers, just sharp takeaways

Content & Creator Operations

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with local influencers and creators across markets; track deliverables and coordinate briefings

  • Maintain the asset library and content calendar; keep the content team organized across shoots, deadlines, and channel needs

  • Monitor Blackbird's social mentions and UGC across markets; run a regular pulse on competitive activity to inform the content calendar and campaign strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or a closely related generalist role

  • Enough range to move fluidly between creative operations and data — you're equally at home in a content calendar and a dashboard

  • Highly organized: you can keep five markets moving simultaneously without dropping the ball

  • Hands‑on experience with email marketing tools and audience segmentation

  • A clear communicator who keeps vendors, creators, and PR partners aligned and accountable

  • You operate with urgency, take ownership without prompting, and communicate clearly under pressure.

  • Experience in hospitality, dining, or consumer brands is a plus

Pay Transparency Notice & Benefits

Depending on your work location and experience the target annual salary for this position is: $80,000 - $95,000 USD. This does not include the variable or equity components of the overall compensation package. Disclosure in accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law.

Full time offers from Blackbird may also include stock options, benefits (including medical, dental, vision, flexible time off, 401(k)), and some not‑so‑standard, extra‑fun perks, subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility.

Commitment to Equal Opportunity

Blackbird Labs is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sex, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation or any other basis protected by applicable law.
