Job description

Company Overview
BLADE is a rapidly growing global air mobility platform utilizing a technology-powered, asset light model with unrivaled brand recognition. Blade is focused on efforts to assist the aviation industry in order to accelerate its transition from conventional aircrafts to quieter, cleaner eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-off and Landing) Aircrafts, expand new air mobility routes, grow our network of captive passenger infrastructure, and continue to develop our consumer-to-cockpit technology stacks.
Job Overview
Like every team at BLADE, the Marketing team is driven by our broader mission of reducing travel friction by enabling cost-effective air transportation alternatives to some of the most congested ground routes in the U.S. and abroad. We're responsible for developing and executing strategies that build brand equity, grow awareness, drive product, and deliver profitable growth.
As an Integrated Marketing Associate, you'll help bring BLADE's story to life - supporting the planning and execution of campaigns that grab attention and get results. You will play a key role in executing BLADE's brand strategy, coordinating marketing campaigns, and helping ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer with a strong foundation in branding, campaign execution, and consumer behavior. You will support the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams and using market insights to help drive brand growth for BLADE's passenger business.
Reporting to the Director, Performance & Growth Marketing, this is a fast-paced role with real ownership over your workstreams - a great opportunity to grow your career at a brand that's shaping the future of urban air mobility. • Stay attuned to cultural and travel moments and surface timely opportunities to amplify BLADE's narrative as an innovative, culture-shaping brand

  • Support the execution of brand and integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty
  • Assist with product marketing and promotion of BLADE products across channels.
  • Support the Partnerships and Activations team in executing BLADE partnerships and events while maintaining brand alignment across all flier touchpoints
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table by staying current with industry trends, platforms, and best practices

Required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination, program/project management, or account management roles within creative-driven, fast-paced environments
  • Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and competing timelines while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Experience supporting creative workflows from concept to delivery across brand, content, and production functions, including events
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of upper funnel versus lower funnel dynamics and how campaign performance is measured
  • Strong writer and communicator, you can adapt a message across platforms and match the message to the medium
  • You keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft equivalent
