We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to help lead the next phase of our growth.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a marketing leader who excels at bringing strategy to life through coordinated execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
As the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, you will serve as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives across all channels. You will help align priorities, optimize marketing investments, strengthen guest engagement, and drive measurable business results.
What You'll Do
  • Lead integrated marketing planning and execution across digital, CRM, retention, and promotional marketing initiatives.
  • Own and manage the company promotional calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and business objectives. Drive guest acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Oversee marketing operations, project management, workflow efficiency, and accountability.
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on marketing investments.

  • Demonstrated success managing marketing programs tied to revenue growth, guest acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or consumer products.
