What youll do
  • Serve as the operational and administrative backbone of the Integrated Marketing team, supporting campaign development, project management, budgeting, and daytoday coordination
  • Manage timelines, marketing calendars, content calendars, and status trackers for ongoing projects, and go to market campaigns
  • Support team with campaign preparation, toolkit development, asset organization, and internal communications
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, campaign files, calendars, and reference materials for cross-functional teams
  • Support early-stage campaign development by conducting competitive audits, trend and consumer research, and marketplace analysis, while gathering insights and creative inspiration to inform brainstorming, presentations, and overall campaign strategy 
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of team workflows, trackers, and internal processes, and assist with keeping tasks organized and on schedule
  • Assist with budget and vendor operations, including tracking campaign spend, processing payments, reconciling invoices, coordinating vendor onboarding and maintaining logs for contracts, SOWs, PO numbers, and usage rights
  • Support KPI tracking by assisting with data collection, campaign recaps, and documentation of results
