Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Integrated Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Holland, MI. 

As an Integrated Marketing Project Manager, you will: 

Execute specific elements of integrated marketing projects and initiatives, overseeing delivery from initiation through closure. This role translates approved marketing strategies and plans into actionable project execution, coordinating cross functional partners to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Operating as a professional individual contributor, this role applies established project and program management practices to moderately complex marketing initiatives, supporting alignment, execution rigor, and continuous improvement across the integrated marketing ecosystem.

Essential Functions
  • Support planning and orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns, executing against established priorities and ensuring readiness across creative, content, and channel workstreams.
  • Coordinate campaign execution from development through launch, tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure seamless and on‑time delivery.
  • Manage day‑to‑day campaign workflows, ensuring contributors understand expectations, milestones, and handoffs while proactively clarifying ambiguity and resolving misalignment.
  • Maintain clear and consistent project communication, providing structured status updates, identifying risks or bottlenecks early, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support content planning, research, coordination, and ideation, partnering with content owners to ensure effective execution across channels and a consistent customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., site performance, traffic, conversions, and digital experience indicators), contributing insights, optimization opportunities, and post‑campaign learnings.
  • Assist with operational execution of B2B marketing processes, including calendar management, email workflows, creative sprints, media submissions, and campaign readiness activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners (brand, digital, content, ecommerce, agencies, and program teams) to ensure alignment, readiness, and delivery support.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign marketing, marketing project management, or agency environments.
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze marketing data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Experience managing social media channels.
