Co-Op stands for 'cooperative education,' which means participants alternate periods of academic study with periods of work in marketing roles. These positions help individuals develop practical skills, build professional networks, and improve their employment prospects after graduation. Marketing Co-Ops typically support marketing teams with tasks such as market research, social media management, campaign development, and event planning.
