Marketing Co-op / Intern – Industrial Manufacturing

We are looking for a Marketing Co-op / Intern who is excited to help tell our story, strengthen our brand, and showcase the talented people behind our products.
Position Overview
The Marketing Co-op will partner with Human Resources, Sales, Engineering, and Operations leadership to support internal and external marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, communication, storytelling, and learning how marketing supports a growing manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms to promote company news, careers, employees, products, and culture
• Support employer branding campaigns, including “Delivering the Difference” initiatives
• Develop employee spotlight stories, photos, and success features
• Assist with recruiting marketing materials, career fair displays, brochures, and digital content
• Support website content updates and continuous improvement projects
• Create graphics, presentations, flyers, and communication materials
• Assist with video/photo content highlighting manufacturing capabilities and employees
• Support trade show, customer, and community engagement initiatives
• Track social media activity, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
• Bring fresh ideas to improve brand awareness and employee engagement
