Job description

The Marketing Director is a creative and strategic leader responsible for growing the restaurant’s business, strengthening its presence in the local community, and representing the restaurant and Chick‑fil‑A brand with excellence. This role leads the restaurant’s marketing strategy, social media presence, community partnerships, events, promotions, and local brand initiatives. The Marketing Director works independently, but in collaboration with the Operator and Operations Directors, to create meaningful experiences for guests and the community while driving awareness and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with Chick‑fil‑A initiatives and local market opportunities.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns designed to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage the restaurant’s social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute restaurant events, community events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Facilitating and executing team member appreciation initiatives.
  • Build community partnerships and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, businesses, and community groups.
  • Participate in market‑level initiatives and represent the restaurant within the local community.
Requirements
  • Education: 4 year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or related field.
  • Previous experience in Marketing role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh and effective marketing ideas.
  • Ability to analyze marketing results and adjust strategies based on data and performance.
  • Professional presence and strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant leadership and community partners.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and marketing initiatives.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the community as needed.
