Come join as part of the Talent Acquisition team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way we recruit the workforce of the future.

We need a strategic thinking digital marketing manager who can apply their expertise to the recruiting space. Own the social media strategy to hire the best and brightest talent, and execute the tactics and tests that get us to transformational results. Join us at this exciting time, and experiment and grow into new areas that support the broader Intuit hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

Drive execution of digital marketing tactics and measure impact via website, social and online media channels.

Implement the social media strategy and execution, overseeing all of our social media channels, to promote our employment brand and increase candidate acquisition and engagement.

Oversee the editorial calendar and lead content creation across all social channels.

Define social media key performance indicators and implement enterprise-level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods.

Assist with website optimization projects.

Participate and assist in other key marketing initiatives including brand development, research, website usability and other ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

5 years of demonstrated in-house professional experience in leading digital marketing strategy and execution.

Experience managing website optimization, social media, SEO, and display advertising campaigns.

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Experience with A/B testing.

Social media expertise both from a strategy and execution standpoint.

Experience with social media monitoring and measurement tools.

Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable marketing programs.

Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully.

Bachelor degree required.
