Our client who is a leading Consumer Products company is looking for a young and talented Marketing Associate to join their team.  

Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting the day to day operation of all aspects of the company's direct response marketing campaigns; including compiling and interpreting the results of multiple television and online web and mobile campaigns, media analysis, and product inventory replenishment and flow.

  • Experience in project management and able to handle and maintain multiple projects at a time.
  • Evaluate the productivity and profitability of marketing campaigns and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in media and inventory projections
  • Collaborate with vendors to set up creative & offer tests (Television and Online).
  • Ability to communicate with other departments to manage supply chain for campaigns
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with vendors (media agencies, web providers, fulfillment centers, call centers, and customer service centers).
  • Develop and maintain company's corporate website and catalog site
Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in Marketing Analysis, Finance, Direct Marketing, or Digital Marketing (desired but not required)

Strong analytical and organizational skills 

Positive attitude and have the ability to be both a left (analytical) brain and right (creative) brain thinker 

Proven effectiveness in setting expectations and meeting deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Strong attention to detail

Exceptional problem solving skills, takes accountability, and able to manage through many inputs

Comfortable working in an ever changing, deadline driven environment

Ability to work independently 

Experience in online marketing and campaign management a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel and Word)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
