Von Klassik bis Weltmusik, von Ballett bis zu Filmmusik und Musicals – mit jährlich rund 600 Veranstaltungen und Live-Erlebnissen begeistern wir das Publikum in 25 Städten. Darüber hinaus kreieren wir hochwertige Eigenproduktionen und sind im Tournee- und Künstlermanagement tätig. Seit 2022 erweitern immersive Multimedia-Ausstellungen unser Programmspektrum und schaffen neue visuell-klangvolle Erlebnisräume.

Als Teil unseres Digital Performance Marketing Teams gestalten Sie die operative Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer kanalübergreifenden Performance-Marketing-Maßnahmen. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir daran, Reichweite, Conversions und Ticketverkäufe kontinuierlich zu steigern und unsere Marketingbudgets effizient einzusetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Kampagnen in Google Ads, Meta, YouTube und TikTok, etc.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Kampagnen, Anzeigengruppen, Creatives und Zielgruppen
  • Operative Budgetsteuerung und laufende Optimierung der Kampagnen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von A/B-Tests
  • Analyse der wichtigsten Performance-Kennzahlen (CTR, CPC, CPM, CR, ROAS)
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Performance-Reports
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Landingpages und Customer Journeys
  • Unterstützung bei Tracking, Tagging und Qualitätssicherung
  • Beobachtung neuer Entwicklungen im Online-Marketing und Ableitung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung bei Kampagnenmanagement und Content-Erstellung
  • abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mindestens 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing
  • idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in einer Performance-Marketing-Agentur oder im digitalen Inhouse-Marketing gesammelt.
  • gute Kenntnisse in Google Ads und Meta Ads
  • Erfahrung mit Google Analytics 4 und Google Tag Manager
  • sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets
  • analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Kultur, Musik oder Live-Entertainment ist von Vorteil
