TexL Campaigns is seeking an energetic, innovative leader to join our team as a Marketing Associate. Our Marketing Associate works side-by-side with our Campaign Manager and will work closely with our sales teams. Our Marketing Associate strives to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive the  pipeline for net new target demographics as well as customer acquisition opportunities. You will create a marketing mix consisting of regional events, partner marketing, and strategic sales support with visibility and insights into local markets. We are always looking for passionate, talented people who can push the limits and make things happen.

Marketing Associate Duties:

  • Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies 
  • Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions
  • Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
  • Coach, train and encourage junior team members
  • Drive sales
  • Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere
  • Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis
  • Setup and activate new customers accounts
  • Engage prospective customers on a one-on-one basis


Marketing Associate Requirements:

  • Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications is preferred
  • A creative mindset is a plus!
  • Works well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be goal oriented 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Minimum Associates Degree or three years relevant experience
