About the Sales Associate Role: 

Our Sales Associate role is an entry level position interacting with customers on a daily basis. Sales Associates greet each of our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to our customers. Our Sales Associates uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers’ choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Prior sales experience is not required, we provide job skills training. We are looking for personable candidates who are looking to put their people skills to good use. 

Sales Associate Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide optimal customer experience service
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Process transactions at point of sale
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
• Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures
• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication
• Provide prompt and courteous service 
• Demonstrates up to date product knowledge
• Periodic inventory counts 

Sales Associate Job Requirements:

• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated communication skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with a team
• Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor to build rapport with customers
• Reliable transportation to San Antonio, TX
