Marketing Associate
Navaide is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation of our brand, developing marketing materials, and enhancing our presence across various channels. In this role, you will lead marketing projects, manage content development, and enhance brand presence across digital and traditional channels. You will be expected to apply critical thinking, strategic execution, and project management skills to deliver high-impact marketing solutions that align with Navaide's mission and values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing content such as promotional papers, advertisements, and social media posts.
  • Contribute to the execution of campaigns that align with Navaide's brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and refining content strategy.
  • Assist in website content updates and digital branding initiatives.
  • Lead conference and event planning, including logistics coordination, material preparation, and on-site or virtual support.
  • Drive internal messaging efforts, such as leadership communications, employee spotlights, and company-wide updates.
  • Develop and manage internal communications to improve team engagement, transparency, and organizational communication.
  • Create and refine internal templates to align with Navaide's brand guidelines, ensuring professional and cohesive visual communication.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Own content updates and maintenance for SharePoint, ensuring employees have easy access to announcements, and resources.
  • Manage swag procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure high-quality branded merchandise for employees, partners, and events, including new hires, company initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or internal communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and SharePoint for content management.
  • Experience with social media (e.g., LinkedIn) and website content updates.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Prior experience in event planning and logistics coordination a plus
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong experience in both Illustrator and Photoshop.

Hybrid position with 3 days per week in Arlington, VA (preferred) or San Diego, CA.
