We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This is a role for someone early in their career who is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and grow into real ownership over time. You will contribute across patient-facing digital channels including content, email, paid media, social, and web, working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing who will provide hands-on guidance and strategic direction as you develop.
You will help shape how we work, learn tools as we build them into our stack, and take on increasing responsibility as you grow comfortable and confident in the role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the development of the digital marketing strategy and own execution across digital channels
  • Assist in the management of paid media campaigns including programmatic, geofencing, and paid social, working in close partnership with our media vendor
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels, flagging trends and surfacing observations to inform optimization decisions
  • Design and build patient-facing email campaigns, including one-off sends and broader nurture campaigns
  • Learn and support deployment of marketing campaigns in Salesforce
  • Own the patient-facing content calendar, ensuring blog, email, and social are planned and working together as a connected omnichannel effort
  • Support social media efforts including reviewing agency content, ensuring alignment to the content calendar, and contributing to channel planning
  • Develop briefs for blog content in partnership with clinical stakeholders, agencies, and AI tools, then manage the publishing process from PRC submission through scheduling and promotion
  • Support website management in partnership with our agency, keeping content current, accurate, and optimized
  • Identify opportunities to improve the website experience, with a focus on clarity and clear next steps
  • Provide executional support on HCP-facing digital campaigns as needed, including asset coordination and deployment support

Qualifications needed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of how digital channels work together including content, email, social, paid media, and web
  • Hands-on proficiency with Canva
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams at once
  • Willingness to travel ~10%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, medical device, or another regulated marketing environment
  • Curiosity about how AEO and GEO are reshaping how individuals find health information online
  • Ability to read campaign performance data and ask the right questions about what it means to inform next steps
  • Experience with tools like Stripo and Wordpress or comparable email and CMS platforms
