Job description

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing digital product content across brand-owned platforms and key eCommerce retail partners. This role ensures that product content, visuals, and messaging are accurate, optimized, and consistently executed across all digital shelves including brand websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail.com platforms.
This position works cross-functionally with marketing, creative teams, eCommerce, and external agencies to develop creative briefs, manage product detail page (PDP) content, and maintain high-quality digital brand experiences across multiple channels. The role will also support some broader digital marketing initiatives across brand, social commerce, and paid media channels.
Responsibilities:
Brand Website Content Management
  • Manage and execute content updates across brand websites, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely launches.
  • Upload and maintain website content within Shopify, including product information, imagery, and campaign updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure website content aligns with product launches and marketing initiatives.

Product Detail Page (PDP) & Digital Shelf Management
  • Maintain and update PDP content across all digital shelves, including:

Brand websites
Amazon
Retail.com partners
TikTok Shop
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, claims, and attributes are optimized for eCommerce performance.
  • Monitor content accuracy and ensure consistency across platforms.

TikTok Shop Management
  • Manage product listings within TikTok Shop, ensuring product information and visuals are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate sample fulfillment for creators and promotional initiatives supporting TikTok Shop campaigns.

Retail.com Brand Shop Management (Amazon & Retailers)
  • Develop creative briefs for digital storefront updates and campaigns.
  • Support content uploads and updates for retail.com brand shops and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure optimized brand shop presentation and merchandising.

Paid Media Content Support
  • Develop creative briefs for paid media assets supporting product campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure proper content delivery and uploads for paid media placements.
  • Ensure alignment between paid media creative and product page content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams to support product launches and digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with agencies and platform partners to ensure timely execution of content updates.
  • Track content updates and maintain documentation of assets and creative requests.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field/experience
  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing or content management, preferably within CPG or retail industries
  • Understanding of eCommerce content-based practices across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.
  • Experience with CMS, DAM, and content syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Bynder) as well as Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central and A+ Content
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content optimization tools and emerging technologies
  • Working knowledge or all relevant social media platforms; including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, You Tube, Facebook, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capable of handling multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and agency partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office
