Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Support daily marketing activities to help achieve brand awareness and customer acquisition goals.
Market Research
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
  • Gather and organize research findings to support marketing strategies.
Social Media Support
  • Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
  • Help create, schedule, and publish social media content under the guidance of the marketing team.
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to customer interactions when appropriate.
Digital Campaign Assistance
  • Support the execution of online advertising campaigns, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Assist with monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic performance reports.
Content & Brand Support
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, promotional content, and digital assets.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and help maintain a consistent brand image across digital platforms.
Marketing Analytics
  • Collect and organize marketing data, including website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in preparing reports and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
Customer Engagement
  • Support customer retention campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist with email marketing, online promotions, and other customer engagement initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support ongoing marketing projects.

Learning & Professional Development
