Responsibilities for Brand Marketing Associate include but are not limited to:
· Manage website operations, enhancements, migrations, and campaign launches.
· Own and maintain the website roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
· Support digital roadmap execution, content management, online storefronts, and budgeting activities.
· Execute new product launches and support forecasting, performance analysis, and digital shelf initiatives.
· Gather business requirements and coordinate with agencies, developers, and internal stakeholders.
· Support SEO, structured data, content architecture, AI readiness, and discoverability initiatives.
· Lead UAT activities, staging reviews, defect management, and website release processes.
· Manage cross-functional relationships with agencies, vendors, analytics teams, and business stakeholders.
· Analyze website performance, SEO metrics, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
· Develop actionable recommendations based on analytics and reporting.
Candidates for Brand Marketing Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Experience owning a website roadmap and backlog.
· Ability to write business requirements and prioritize features.
· Experience working with development agencies.
· Understanding of UX, CMS platforms, and digital technologies.
· Strong SEO fundamentals and knowledge of structured data/schema.
· Understanding of AI readiness, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM discoverability.
· Experience leading UAT, staging validation, bug triage, and ticket management.
· Understanding of website release and governance processes.
· Proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, dashboard interpretation, and SEO reporting.
· Experience with conversion funnel analysis and performance optimization.
· Strong project leadership and agency management experience.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $32.19 per hour
