Position Summary

Nestle Professional Solutions (NPS), the Out-of-Home division of Nestle USA, is seeking a Marketing Associate to support growth across the Desserts and Grab & Go portfolios. This role supports brand and category marketing initiatives, including portfolio management, innovation support, commercialization, and go-to-market execution across priority foodservice channels.

The Marketing Associate works cross-functionally to help deliver business objectives through disciplined execution, data-informed analysis, and strong collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

Portfolio & Business Support

  • Support portfolio optimization initiatives to improve customer relevance, mix, and financial performance across Desserts and Grab & Go.
  • Analyze product, promotional, and category performance versus annual plans and prior periods, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and presentations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Support annual business planning, forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking in partnership with Brand, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Marketing Execution

  • Execute day-to-day product and category marketing activities aligned to approved business strategies and channel plans.
  • Support development and execution of go-to-market plans, including value proposition articulation, launch messaging, selling tools, and commercialization readiness for innovation and renovation.
  • Manage and maintain marketing communication assets including digital shelf content, product web pages, sell sheets, brochures, presentations, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support timely development and deployment of marketing assets.

Innovation & Commercialization Support

  • Support cross-functional innovation and renovation projects from concept through commercialization and launch.
  • Assist with new product setup activities, including system inputs, project timelines, asset coordination, and launch readiness tracking.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support alignment across Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Commercial Development to support sales enablement activities, including tools, training, messaging, and distributor programs.
  • Support lead generation and sales support initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Digital, and external agency partners to ensure aligned execution.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, product, or category-related roles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

 

Additional Information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Teams.
  • Role requires strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up to 20-25% travel may be required.

  •  The approximate target compensation range for this role is $100K to $118K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
