Job description

Purpose of the Job 

Be part of supporting the strategic growth of our client’s Platforms and Devices business—a high-priority portfolio backed by substantial investment in product development and brand-building activities. This role is tasked with bringing high-quality hardware products, wearable tech, and smart home suites to life. 

As an Associate Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing impactful seasonal brand campaigns that resonate globally. You will partner closely with the Below-the-Line (BTL) lead to execute insight-driven strategies, represent cultural nuances, drive the creation of comprehensive global toolkits, and ensure seamless collaboration across various teams to elevate the client's Health and Home brand presence, ultimately driving global awareness and consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

BTL Execution & Toolkit Development

  • Partner with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), channel owners, and production teams to develop and launch seasonal BTL campaigns.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of global toolkits that provide regional teams with the necessary assets, messaging guidelines, and best practices to maintain brand consistency and implement campaigns effectively.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional agency and client teams—including production, creative, channel, and regional marketing—to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Implement creative testing insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Share best practices and insights with regional teams to elevate the overall quality and impact of global campaigns, collaborating with PMMs to identify key messaging and asset requirements per channel.

Core Asset Development & Channel Integration

  • Ensure core assets are tracked, captured, and delivered on time and on budget, aligning seamlessly with product launches and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional lead producers and channel producers to ensure precise asset details are collected and tracked.
  • Drive consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all BTL brand touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration of core assets across owned and operated channels, as well as third-party partner channels.

Asset Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with business affairs, channel owners, and regional teams to monitor content performance metrics, utilizing data and usage insights to optimize core content.
  • Streamline processes and improve efficiency by facilitating communication between disparate teams.
  • Attend numerous weekly touchpoints and proactively connect the dots across channels and workstreams as creative work evolves.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a deep passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a knack for building strong relationships across global teams and regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful global campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and independently managing highly complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

For California applicants: The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.  

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
