Job description

Description
THE PURPOSE:  At True Religion, brand marketing is how the world knows who we are - and this role is the engine behind it. The Brand Marketing Manager owns the management and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, translating brand and business goals into campaigns that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and conversion. This is a role for someone who can operate at the intersection of big-picture thinking and day-to-day delivery: building go-to-market plans, keeping cross-functional teams in sync, and making sure every consumer touchpoint reflects the brand at its best.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
  • Build and own integrated marketing plans for campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal activations - from initial brief through consumer-facing execution
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that translate brand and business goals into clear objectives, audience targeting, channel plans, and success metrics
  • Identify and evaluate culturally relevant partnership opportunities that expand brand reach and deepen connection with our audience
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead across internal teams and external partners, driving alignment and accountability on all key milestones. Develop timelines and deliverables and create & manage Asana ticket briefs
  • Overall project management of timelines and dashboards to ensure on-time delivery, while driving adoption and development of tools that will improve operational efficiencies
  • Act as the connective tissue across Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, Retail Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising - keeping every team moving toward the same goal
  • Facilitate regular project communications, surface risks early, and keep deliverables on track across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks, then synthesize performance data into recommendations that inform future work
  • Develop post-campaign recaps and executive-ready presentations that clearly connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Manage the Integrated Marketing GTM calendar
YOU ARE: A strategic marketer who thrives where planning meets execution. You’re equally at home building a compelling go-to-market deck and managing the details that make a campaign actually land. You move fast without losing sight of the bigger picture, communicate clearly across every level of an organization, and bring genuine enthusiasm for culture - the kind that makes True Religion’s work resonate beyond just the product. You don’t wait to be asked; you see what needs to happen and make it happen.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
  • 4-7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management
  • Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to build clear, compelling presentations and briefs
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, retail, social, and experiential touchpoints
  • Experience with Asana or comparable project management tools
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-moving environment
  • Solid understanding of consumer marketing, brand storytelling, and cultural trends

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION
  • Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
  • Perks: We offer a mix of benefits and perks to support our employees at work and beyond, including health benefits, a 401(k) with employer match, merchandise discounts, commuter benefits, wellness & employee assistance programs, and more.
