Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing leader with deep experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of modern consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and full-funnel marketing strategy, along with a proven ability to build impactful campaigns that drive growth and engagement. This person is equal parts visionary and operator - capable of developing long-term brand strategy while executing with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment. They are a collaborative leader who can influence across functions, mentor high-performing teams, and elevate the brand through innovative thinking, cultural relevance, and data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be the voice of the Beauty consumer within the organization
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channels
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that support category growth, customer acquisition, and revenue objectives
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and campaign initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure social, influencer, PR, merchandising, and experiential marketing efforts work cohesively with one message
  • Partner with other departments, Product Development, E-commerce, Media and Sales to drive improved outcomes for the Beauty category
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, timelines, and overall campaign execution
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Ensure brand consistency and a best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and emerging market trends within the beauty industry

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer electronics brands
  • Experience with P&L management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and consumer engagement
  • Experience leading product launches and omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven mindset

The pay range for this role is:
