Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Video Editor in Netherlands.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative video professional to shape high-performing ad content for a fast-scaling AI-driven health tech product with global reach. You will be responsible for producing short-form, performance-focused videos designed for major social platforms, helping drive user acquisition and engagement at scale. Working within a dynamic creative and marketing environment, you will collaborate closely with growth teams to iterate on ideas, analyze performance, and continuously improve creative output. The position blends storytelling, motion design, and data-informed experimentation, with strong exposure to AI-powered creative tools and cutting-edge production workflows. Ideal for a highly creative editor with a performance mindset, this role offers the chance to directly influence campaign success and global user growth in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Create and edit high-impact short-form videos (up to 2 minutes) for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to generate creative concepts and continuously iterate on ad performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and creative performance data to refine storytelling, pacing, and visual execution.
  • Use AI-powered tools (such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms) to enhance video production and ideation workflows.
  • Research competitor ads, social trends, and emerging content formats to inform creative strategy.
  • Experiment with new visual effects, editing techniques, and production workflows to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Adapt to agile creative environments, contributing across multiple campaign types and marketing initiatives.
  • Support modular creative development by building, testing, and remixing high-performing content elements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in video editing, motion design, or a similar creative production role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production, including video generation, animation, or editing automation.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to design conversion-oriented creative content.
  • Strong creative thinking with a modular, experimentation-driven approach to content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and self-organization skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and asset creation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong advantage: experience with fitness or wellness-related creative content and performance analytics.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours focused on results rather than working time.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and impact.
  • Opportunity to work on a globally successful AI-powered health and wellness product.
  • Open-minded, inclusive, and collaborative international team culture.
  • Strong creative freedom to experiment with AI tools and cutting-edge production technologies.
  • Exposure to high-volume performance marketing campaigns and real user growth impact.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in AI-driven creative production and performance marketing.
  • Dynamic environment with continuous learning, testing, and innovation.
