Job description

Paradigm Digital Group is seeking an individual passionate about storytelling through video editing for our Video Editor role, which can then grow into a videographer role.

Position Overview

Paradigm Digital Group is looking to add a full-time, in-house Video Editor to our growing creative services team in Fishers, IN. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position and requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience. We’re a digital marketing firm with its own in-house production department that produces 500+ pieces of video content each year for clients in education, transportation, and the skilled trades.

This role begins with a strong focus on editing. You’ll spend your first six months shaping stories, building engaging visuals, and collaborating with our production team. The content you edit will have been shot by the team you work with. For those interested, the position can evolve into a videographer role with opportunities to shoot on-location content and travel nationwide with our team.

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative. You’ll work closely with experienced videographers, content managers, and our CMO to create high‑quality content that inspires and delivers results.

  • Edit a wide variety of video content for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with content managers to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Help organize, manage, and back up video media assets
  • Support the production process and team workflows
  • After six months: opportunities to shoot and direct on-location projects (3–4 days per month travel)
