Job description

About Us

Sojos Capital is a real estate investment and community development company focused on revitalizing neighborhoods and creating long-term impact. Our flagship project, The Square in Indianapolis, is a 300-acre redevelopment anchored by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, La Flaca, and the International District Community Center (IDCC). We are in a high-growth phase, building the marketing and revenue strategy that will shape the future of our brands.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead brand visibility, audience growth, and campaign performance across multiple brands, with primary focus on Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Indianapolis. This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive engagement, increase attendance, and generate measurable revenue.

This role owns full campaign execution—no external agencies—and requires a balance of creative content development and strong analytical skills to optimize performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, paid media, email, Google)
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and audience growth across platforms
  • Oversee paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads), including targeting, budgeting, and optimization
  • Create and capture content (video, photo, copy) for events, campaigns, and brand storytelling
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, engagement, conversions)
  • Manage online reputation, community engagement, and Google Business Profile
  • Support event marketing, programming promotions, and cross-brand initiatives
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and provide data-driven insights to leadership
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong content creation skills (video, photo, editing tools)
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM/list management
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred

Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location marketing environments.

Why Join Us

This role directly impacts revenue growth and brand visibility across a dynamic portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy for a growing organization while working on high-impact projects in entertainment, community development, and real estate.
