Position Summary

The Marketing Manager, Digital Advertising & Technology owns the day-to-day administration of Denton Floyd's digital marketing infrastructure, including ILS and search advertising partnerships, company and community websites, and core marketing systems. This role ensures listings, sites, and platforms perform effectively and support portfolio-wide leasing and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities Search Advertising & ILS Management
  • Maintain master service agreements (MSAs); initiate new addendums and manage renewals with ILS partners (e.g., Apartments.com, RentCafe, Zillow, ApartmentList, AptGeofencing)
  • Maintain optimal listing quality across all ILS platforms
  • Maintain Yardi/RentCafe contracted spend
  • Review analytics and communicate insights to the Marketing Director
  • Coordinate quarterly and monthly business reviews with advertising partners and the Marketing Director
Website Management
  • Manage domain registration
  • Execute new website creation projects
  • Execute website updates as directed by Communications and other stakeholders
  • Manage RentCafe Marketing Suite settings (Site Manager, CRM IQ, ChatIQ) in collaboration with Operations to ensure optimal marketing & leasing performance
  • Maintain the company intranet
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics performance
Marketing Systems & Administration
  • Administration of Monday.com for the marketing team
  • Manage marketing request intake, including coordinating consultations and gathering details and assets
  • Manage account creation and user access for marketing platforms (Meta and other social media sites, Google Business Profile, marketing software, etc.)
  • Support central marketing email correspondence management
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search/ILS advertising, or website management
  • Multifamily or related consumer real estate experience preferred
Skills & Attributes
  • Proficiency with ILS platforms, Yardi/RentCafe, and Google Analytics
  • Website management/CMS experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contract renewals
  • Familiarity with marketing project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Experience managing Meta Business accounts
