Role Profile

The Marketing Systems Manager is responsible for designing and operating the marketing systems that enable demand capture, channel activation, lead management, and revenue measurement at scale. This role leads the systems, processes, and supporting technologies that allow Brand & Commercial Marketing to operate effectively across regions and revenue engines. The position oversees the connected ecosystem of websites, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration, lead routing, analytics, dealer portal capabilities, SEO, and selected AI-enabled applications that support commercial marketing performance.

Working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurement, this role translates business priorities into system requirements, workflows, and optimization roadmaps that improve lead quality, conversion, attribution, reporting accuracy, and marketing efficiency. The role also serves as a key bridge between marketing, sales, IT, legal, privacy, and external partners to ensure marketing systems are effective, compliant, scalable, and fit for purpose. This position reports to the Brand & Commercial Marketing Leader, Americas & EMEA.

This role is based in the Performance Films HQ in St. Louis, MO.

Accountabilities

This role is accountable for the performance, governance, integration, and continuous improvement of the marketing systems that support Brand & Commercial Marketing. The role ensures these systems are aligned to business needs, enable scalable execution, and provide the data, workflows, and visibility needed to support demand capture, channel activation, lead management, and revenue measurement. The role is also accountable for improving marketing effectiveness through stronger system design, clearer measurement, and more efficient execution.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the development, optimization, and day-to-day operation of the marketing systems environment that supports the business's commercial marketing strategy, including websites, email platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM-connected workflows, lead routing processes, analytics tools, dealer portal capabilities, SEO infrastructure, and other enabling technologies.
  • Partners closely with Strategic Marketing, other members of the Brand & Commercial Marketing organization, and cross-functional teams such as Sales to ensure systems and workflows support campaign execution, audience engagement, lead capture, lead management, and measurement needs.
  • Works with IT and other internal partners to define business requirements, prioritize enhancements, support roadmap planning, and drive effective integration across platforms.
  • Improves how marketing activity is measured and connected to commercial outcomes by supporting attribution design, enabling performance reporting, improving data visibility, and identifying opportunities for system and process improvement.
  • Coordinates communications and status updates on marketing systems initiatives, enhancements, and priorities for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Oversees governance and compliance across relevant marketing systems and digital properties, including adherence to legal, privacy, brand, accessibility, and corporate standards.
  • Manages external vendors and agency partners that support systems, platforms, and related services, including scope management, performance oversight, budget stewardship, and procurement coordination.
  • Leads, coaches, and mentors the Marketing Analyst and Digital Marketing Representative roles.
  • Evaluates emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled tools and workflow solutions, to determine their value and applicability to the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. May consider other degrees with significant, directly relevant experience.
  • 7 years of marketing and/or communications experience, with Digital Marketing emphasis preferred.
  • 2 years of people leadership experience preferred.
  • Marketing project experience with enterprise-level platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with the following, or similar/related platforms: Asana, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong working knowledge of effective marketing practices, including website management, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics/optimization.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Demonstrated use of analytics in decision-making.
