As a Senior Marketing Systems Associate, you will serve as a key resource for the Marketing & Communications team, supporting marketing-owned platforms, improving workflows, strengthening data quality, and helping the organization better leverage technology. This role will play an important part in supporting campaign execution, CRM implementation, analytics, automation, lead generation, and digital engagement efforts across the Atwell Family of Companies.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing technology professional who is curious, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to improve systems, processes, and user adoption across a growing firm.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for Atwell's marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, analytics, reporting, intranet, and digital engagement tools.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, integrations, user access, and platform effectiveness across marketing and business development systems.
  • Evaluate existing marketing technology tools and platform capabilities to identify opportunities for improved functionality, automation, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, platform support tickets, upgrades, documentation, governance standards, and best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to support technology implementation and rollouts.
  • Support user adoption through training, coaching, documentation, user guides, and ongoing best-practice support.
  • Track adoption metrics and recommend strategies to increase utilization, engagement, and consistency across platforms.
  • Evaluate marketing workflows and recommend process improvements that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and support scalable operations.
  • Partner with the Associate Director of Digital Communications on CRM hygiene, segmentation, campaign tracking, reporting structures, and data management initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, website activity, and business development outcomes.
  • Translate digital marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, AI applications, analytics, automation, and digital trends, including best practices within the AEC industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, platform administration, or marketing systems management.
  • Experience supporting or implementing enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, project management tools, marketing automation platforms, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience supporting change management, technology adoption, training, or enablement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, workflow automation, digital transformation, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation systems, email marketing tools, content management systems, analytics tools, SEO platforms, and integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data management, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and levels of leadership.
