Job description

Clinical laboratory company seeks Marketing Manager for Systems & Technology.

Hybrid Opportunity - Must be local to Secaucus, NJ for 2 days a week onsite.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Marketing Manager, Systems & Technology

Oversees developing, implementing, and maintaining our marketing enablement systems and technologies. This role is crucial in bringing to life our marketing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing enablement systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and strategies through technology, across all marketing enablement systems and platforms to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with ME team to manage and optimize marketing platforms. (E.g., Workfront, Budget Management Tool, DAM, MS Teams)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance/AP, HTAS, and external third-party tech vendors, to align marketing system requirements with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement workflows and procedures to streamline marketing operations.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing system performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems, including integrations and data sharing of marketing projects and spending detail across our accredited connected systems.
  • Work closely with process specialist to align on the process and best practices and implement the system changes to support
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and technology to drive innovation and improve marketing performance. Partner with digital marketing on system integrations and share performance metrics.
  • Provide system user training and support to marketing team members.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement new marketing technologies and integrations as needed. Manage relationship with workflow vendors. (E.g. Adobe, DAM TBD, Open Text)
  • Content Standardization: Lead the development maintenance of a universal taxonomy, metadata and version control structure and implementation across all content resources. 
  • Partner with Manager, Project Mgmt & Production on substantial projects from inception to completion, including planning, resource allocation, testing, and deployment.

Software: 

  • Adobe Workfront Admin experience and expert proficiency – a must
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion – familiarity / intermediate proficiency – experience troubleshooting (identify issue) and working with developer(s)
  • MS SharePoint lite development experience – intermediate to expert proficiency.  Specific ability and experience doing the following:  
    • Building intake forms
    • Creating and maintaining automations
    • Building and creating site pages
    • API connections – create new and maintain existing
    • Power Automate lite development experience
  • Marketing Technology, Budget, and Operations experience - specifically - Supporting budget management approval workflows via Workfront

Education:

  • BA/BS highly preferred – equivalent work experience will be considered
