Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy marketing team. This role will focus on vendor coordination, budget and invoice tracking, marketing systems, process documentation, and cross-functional project support.


Role: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Role type: W2 Hourly

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Through end of the year

Hours per week: 40

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, renewals, and key deliverables
  • Support marketing budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Maintain workflows, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Support marketing systems, technology, and AI tools
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and other teams on operational needs
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items
  • Coordinate team meetings, travel, and executive logistics
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, administrative operations, or a related field
  • Experience with vendors, contracts, invoices, and budget tracking
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Asana, Canto, or similar platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and AI productivity tools is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
