We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline generation across the customer acquisition funnel.
The Demand Gen Manager is responsible for generating new business marketing leads, moving them through the marketing funnel and converting them into sales leads. This role will own all the current Dynatron Demand Gen programs, including paid social, search, trade media, webinars, content syndication and will help develop new channels for lead growth. With a focus on marketing lead to sales lead conversion, this role will work closely with other Marketing team members to get the most out of all our programs.
What You'll DoDemand Generation Strategy
  • Own Dynatron's demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels that improve lead quality and marketing efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize channel performance through experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
Pipeline Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Design programs that move prospects efficiently through the marketing funnel from awareness to qualified sales opportunity.
  • Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion through thoughtful nurturing strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Partner closely with the SDR team to improve lead quality, outreach sequencing, and conversion performance.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities for increased pipeline velocity.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets and landing pages.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign performance.
  • Work with external agencies and strategic partners to expand campaign execution and accelerate testing.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all acquisition channels.
  • Manage demand generation budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Track and improve key growth metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build a culture of experimentation through ongoing A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
What You Bring
Demand Generation Expertise
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Demand Gen in B2B high growth SaaS
  • Experience partnering with outside agencies to accelerate testing and execution
  • Experience with content syndication platforms, trade media, and association marketing
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiar with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics.
  • Experience managing marketing campaign budgets
  • Understanding of lead funnels, comfortable using the language of ROI, ROAS, CAC
  • Experience with Hubspot required
  • Experience with SFDC required, experience with SugarCRM preferred
  • Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, Zapier, Typeform preferred
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.

Marketing Technology & Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (SugarCRM experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, and ROI reporting.
  • Experience managing paid acquisition platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM workflows, landing page optimization, and campaign analytics.
