Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will provide essential administrative support for the Marketing Department, fulfill basic graphic design requests, plus assist in other critical marketing areas including social media, asset management, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong writing and design skills, the ability to pivot to quickly changing departmental needs, and is driven by creativity. The Marketing Specialist will join our mission to “Make the Tech in the Truck More Efficient” and embrace our vision to “Enhance Lives Through Solutions”.

  • Orders, tracks, and manages department assets
  • Owns select data sets, ensuring accuracy
  • Updates web content as directed

  • Monitors social accounts and posts replies as needed
  • Assists with internal communication and coordination
  • Assists in event and promotional coordination with partners
  • Assists in coordination and execution of marketing events
  • Supports all marketing functions on an as-needed basis

  • Proficient Microsoft suite skills (MS Word, Excel, outlook)
  • Proficient graphic design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite
