As a Marketing Support Manager on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Support Specialists to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth.

  • Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective support across multiple brands.

  • Monitor support requests, service trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and support documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing support, customer support, marketing operations, business operations, shared services, or a related operational environment.

    • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees.

    • Experience developing operational processes, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

  • Skills:

    • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems, including reporting and workflow management tools.

    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.

    • Ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical process improvements.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements:

    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
