An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award

TheNational Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation (NHCCF) inspires connection andinvestment in the preservation, promotion, and advancement of Hispanic peoplethrough art, culture, and humanities. We support the work of the NationalHispanic Cultural Center (NHCC), which presents exhibitions, lectures, bookreadings, performing arts, and educational programming that enrich our localcommunity and elevate Hispanic, Chicano, and Latinx artists to the nationalstage.
Thisis a great opportunity for UNM students to gain hands on experience innonprofit administration, marketing, and cultural programming whilecontributing to an organization that celebrates and uplifts Hispanic heritage.You'll build professional skills, expand your network, and make a meaningfulimpact.
WhatWe're Looking For
Current UNM student eligible for work study
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in Hispanic arts, culture, and community engagement
Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, social media, CRM tools a plus)
Reliable, detailoriented, and eager to learn
Work schedule: M-F, selected 15-20 hours between 9am-5pm
Business or marketing major

Marketing & Program Support

Support the Marketing and Development teams with projects and campaigns
May include creating content for campaigns
May include creating marketing calendars for projects
Assist in creating and distributing newsletters to engage the community
Help maintain the Foundation website with updated content
Assist with social media initiatives that highlight our programs and inspire community involvement

Membership Management

Process membership tasks, including data entry and organization in our CRM (Raiser's Edge/BlackBaud)
Ensure accurate and timely updates to member records

Document Retention

Work with the Foundation team to organize digital files in Teams/OneDrive
Review, scan, and file documents according to the approved retention plan
Identify outdated documents and coordinate secure disposal

Event Planning

Help plan events and set up events
Help signing in people for events/registering

Be prepared to take on other duties that may arise from time to time andas assigned by the organization.
