Job description


As a Marketing Support /Guest Tour Coordinator (Night Shift) you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members.
  • Conduct an average of 40+ outbound calls daily to coordinate guest tours.
  • Accurately record guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams.
  • Assist Marketing Management in monitoring and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all of the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Timeshare/ Vacation Ownership
  • Experience conducting out bound customer service calls
  • Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience answering phones with phenomenal customer service
  • Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
  • Excellent job attendance
  • Night Shift - able to work nights

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous Timeshare Experience is a plus
  • Previous High-End/Luxury Customer Service Experience
