Position Overview

The Marketing Support Specialist plays a key role in executing and maintaining marketing initiatives across the organization. This position focuses on supporting promotional efforts, maintaining accurate product and campaign information, and ensuring internal systems and materials are up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain promotional information in internal tracking systems and spreadsheets
  • Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns and product promotions
  • Create and manage part numbers and assist with product catalog organization
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of promotional details across all platforms and materials
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials, reports, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to support campaign execution
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely updates to promotions and product information
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications
