Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing function within a growing B2B SaaS marketing organization. This role oversees two direct reports and is accountable for the strategy, execution, and performance of our digital marketing programs, including paid media, paid search, web, SEO, and analytics.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned digital marketer who is equally comfortable in data and strategy, and who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and brand-building in a complex, solutions-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Define and own the digital marketing strategy across paid and owned channels and aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Revenue to ensure a cohesive, high-performing digital presence across all channels.
Paid Media & Paid Search
  • Oversee strategy and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide guidance on management of campaigns end-to-end: targeting, creative briefing, bid strategy, and optimization.
  • Maintain accountability for pipeline contribution and other key metrics from paid channels.

Analytics, Web & SEO
  • Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and content-driven) in close collaboration with Content Marketing.
  • Direct website operations and ongoing performance enhancements to increase conversion rates.
  • Champion a data-first culture: establish dashboards, define attribution models, and translate insights into action
Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture through clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders, encouraging open communication, and driving accountability across teams.


What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility, including senior-level roles or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership with eExpert understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and content syndication.
  • Data-driven and strategic with experience across B2B digital channels and proven ability to drive revenue through digital marketing.
  • Experience in a rapidly scaling business, managing multiple campaigns/tests to identify the most effective growth channels.
  • Proven track record of scaling performance marketing channels to deliver multi-year business growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch high-impact initiatives.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Prior experience in financial services or a FinTech environment is a plus.
