Drive marketing that makes a measurable difference. As Uline’s Vice President of Digital Marketing, you’ll shape the future of our digital growth engine and lead a talented in-house marketing team. In this leadership role, you’ll drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing investments and develop strategies that support Uline’s continued growth across our North American company.
Position Responsibilities

  • Lead one of the largest paid search programs in North America, managing a $500M+ annual investment supporting 45,000+ products.

  • Manage a high-performing team of digital marketers driving profitable growth and market share through Google, Bing and Shopping campaigns.

  • Use performance metrics and market insights to optimize marketing investments, identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.

  • Drive enterprise marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders that support business goals and long-term digital growth.

  • Manage key partnerships with senior leaders at Google, Microsoft and Skai, helping shape strategy and gain early access to emerging advertising capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and / or business. MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.

  • 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.

  • Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.

  • Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
