As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence by:
  • Leading the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of our eCommerce platforms.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that increase traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Managing email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis.

Position Requirements
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, including meaningful B2B experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms such as Optimizely, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
  • Experience owning email marketing platforms from campaign creation through reporting and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience leading platform implementations, website redesigns, or significant digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with confidence presenting ideas and results to leadership.

Preferred Experience
  • Loyalty or rewards program implementation and optimization.
  • B2B wholesale, distribution, or floral industry experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
  • Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
