Email Marketing Specialist (Home Services)

BxB Media | A BDR Company
Location: Remote
Pay: $26.00 to $31.17 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime

BxB Media is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to support HVAC and home service businesses across the country through strategic email marketing, customer communication campaigns, and marketing automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and client collaboration to drive engagement and measurable business growth.

This position is ideal for someone with experience managing email campaigns, customer journeys, CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and performance reporting. Experience within home services or familiarity with ServiceTitan is helpful but is no longer the primary focus of the role.

If you enjoy building campaigns that convert, optimizing customer communication, and helping businesses improve retention and revenue through email marketing, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns for HVAC and home service clients

  • Create customer journeys, automated workflows, and lifecycle marketing programs

  • Segment audiences and manage CRM data for targeted communication strategies

  • Develop promotional, seasonal, membership, retention, and reactivation campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align email initiatives with broader client goals

  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across multiple accounts

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and maintain email deliverability best practices

  • Support reporting and communicate results through client meetings and presentations

  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of email marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing experience

  • Experience managing campaigns inside platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, or similar tools

  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, automation, and campaign performance metrics

  • Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into action

  • Excellent written communication and project management skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment

  • Experience supporting clients or working in an agency environment is a plus

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, or ServiceTitan is preferred but not required

What We Offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • Employee Assistance Program and life insurance options

  • Fully remote work environment

  • Opportunity to work with a collaborative, growth-focused team

  • Exposure to a variety of brands and marketing strategies across the home services industry

About BxB Media | A BDR Company

BxB Media partners with HVAC and home service companies to accelerate growth through digital marketing, customer engagement, and business support solutions. Our team works closely with clients to create smarter marketing strategies, stronger customer relationships, and long-term business success.

If you're passionate about email marketing, enjoy turning data into action, and want to make a measurable impact across multiple businesses, we encourage you to apply.
