Job Description

Seeking a rockstar Project Manager/Email Marketing Strategist to be the primary contact with various clients. Your goal is help our eCommerce clients businesses grow through email marketing with an effective and streamlined process. You are a generalist and love learning, leading, and working in a high paced environment. Work within Klaviyo to help create a/b tests, strategies, and identify trends. 

Job Summary: 

  • Be the project leader and primary client contact in managing all phases of creative and interactive projects.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and provide insight and strategy
  • Provides leadership and direction for day-to-day project operations and administrative activities.
  • Participates in the planning, design and development of marketing requirements, strategy, analysis and development process.
  • Plans, organizes and schedules activities to meet objectives.
  • Leads/Manages team assigned to project.
  • Develops and implements operating policies, procedures and systems to support planned operations.
     
Qualifications
  • Project Management/Agency experience: 2 years
  • Minimum Experience: 4 Years
  • 1+ year experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other related email software
  • 1+ year experience using Slack, Asana, Basecamp or other related project management software.
  • Experience with copywriting, design, and marketing strategy
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or Related Field
  • Preferred Education: Masters Degree, PMI Certification
