This is the ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone who is early in their career. Our client creates products that support children, families, and people of all abilities across education, hospitality, and public washroom spaces. As the team behind industryleading brands they build thoughtful, accessible, beautifully engineered solutions used by people around the world - and you'll help tell those stories.

They're a small, agile team, which means your ideas don't get buried - they get implemented. You'll collaborate with talented teammates across Sales, ECommerce, and Design, experiment with new approaches, and see your campaigns directly influence brand growth, while directly impacting performance.

The Email & Social Media Marketing Specialist is the engine behind boosting their brand presence and sparking real engagement. You'll lead execution across two high-impact channels-email (the primary growth driver) and social media.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, performance, and execution-equally comfortable building campaigns, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing for better outcomes. What You'll Own

1. Email & Lifecycle Marketing (50%) - Core Growth Channel

    • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows across multiple brands (B2B + B2C)
    • Own segmentation strategy to deliver relevant, high-performing communications
    • Write compelling subject lines and content, and continuously A/B test to improve performance
    • Manage the email calendar and ensure timely, accurate execution
    • Leverage platforms such as Klaviyo and HubSpot to drive engagement and conversion

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution (25%)

    • Manage social channels across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
    • Develop and publish platform-native content designed to increase engagement and reach
    • Monitor and engage with audiences to build a responsive, positive brand presence
    • Contribute to social strategy and content planning across brand verticals

3. Campaign Execution & Cross Functional Collaboration (15%)

    • Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
    • Coordinate timelines, assets, and messaging across teams
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints

4. Performance & Optimization (10%)

    • Track and analyze campaign and channel performance
    • Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to identify insights and opportunities
    • Continuously test, learn, and optimize to improve results
