Salary Range: $76,000 - $80,000
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. This role is in-office only with no exceptions and requires occasional travel to support events, trade shows, activations, and other marketing needs.
About KYA
KYA is a modern specialty general contractor focused on creating better places through high-impact work across public and community environments. Our team supports multiple brands, business units, and initiatives across construction, specialty services, and strategic growth. Marketing plays a key role in how we bring that work to life, through creative, campaigns, events, proposals, storytelling, and brand execution.
About the Team
Our marketing team is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and hands-on. We work in an open floor plan environment where communication is active, standards are high, and teamwork matters. We are looking for someone with real experience, strong hard skills, and the confidence to jump in and contribute immediately.
This is a role for someone who is organized, creatively sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to influence the quality of work around them in a positive way. We want someone who can take direction, execute at a high level, and help move the team forward.
And just as important, we want someone who adds to the energy of the group. To our team, doing great work matters, but so does enjoying the process. We value people who are collaborative, positive, professional, and able to have fun and laugh along the way.

  • Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, events, social media, and sales support materials
Event Workflow Management
  • Lead planning, organization, and execution of events, trade shows, activations, and related marketing initiatives
  • Own event workflows from planning through completion using Monday.com or a similar project management platform
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, deliverables, materials, shipping, setup, teardown, attendee coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Serve as a primary marketing lead for assigned events and travel as needed to support on-site setup, coordination, content capture, and breakdown
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date event boards and workflow visibility at all times
  • Help train and guide newer team support in event-related workflows, standards, and execution expectations
Proposal and Cross-Functional Support
  • Support the Proposal Specialist with proposal-related creative and marketing work as needed
  • Assist with proposal graphics, layout, formatting, presentations, infographics, and supporting visual materials
