Job description

The Creative Marketing Coordinator works closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and support content production. This person is responsible for organizing creative deliverables, tracking deadlines, and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement.

The Creative Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. This role helps keep projects organized, ensures creative assets are delivered on time, and supports consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints while working from a remote home-based office.


Responsibilities, not limited to:

Marketing Collaboration

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing materials, such as graphics, brochures, banners, signage, stickers, presentations, email campaigns, social media content, flyers, promotional assets, and other branded materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute to content calendars, concepts, campaign development, and promotional ideas, continuously learning to assist in improving marketing efforts and processes.
  • Organize creative files, shared folders, and marketing documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, task assignments, and follow-up actions to ensure deadlines are met, supporting marketing campaign execution from concept through completion.

Graphic Design & Brand Support

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and communications across all channels
  • Assist in developing and refining visual brand standards and templates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute content calendars, concept development for campaigns, and promotional ideas.
  • Assist with photography, video, and other multimedia content creation as needed
  • Gather content, images, approvals, and information needed for creative projects.

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Manage and schedule social media content across company platforms
  • Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
  • Monitor social media scheduling, website updates, engagement and assist with community interaction when needed
  • Extensive experience using marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Campaign & Email Marketing Support

  • Manage and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, helping to coordinate events, promotions, and special projects.
  • Track email campaign performance and help prepare reports or summaries as needed.
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, printers, and external partners to support project needs.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • May be required to attend specific corporate events, internal and external meetings, or off-site activities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand standards.


Position Physical Requirements:

The work environment will be a remote office environment.
