Job description

We are:

NoGood is a leading growth, performance, and creative marketing agency sitting at the intersection of performance science and creative storytelling. We empower impactful brands to achieve sustainable growth through innovative strategies, cutting-edge analytics, and creative experimentation. Our dynamic team combines top-tier talent, technology, and proprietary AI-driven solutions to deliver unparalleled marketing results for industry-leading brands.

We are looking for:

A talented, multidisciplinary creative who uses design to drive performance. You think conceptually and know how to make an impact with your work. You lead with strategy and communicate clearly. You have a strong creative point of view and know how to catch an audience's eye in a crowded market. You're passionate about social-first digital design, motion, UI/UX best practices, and effective branding. You have a clear pulse on what's trending across design, social, and marketing. You know how to use AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Claude, and Gemini to move faster and think bigger - without letting them water down the quality or originality of your work. You're self-motivated, inspired, and full of big ideas, and you take ownership of your work.

You'll do:

  • Create stunning, scroll-stopping visual assets for digital and motion ads, videos, carousels, email campaigns, landing pages, websites, and social media
  • Drive creative performance, with an intention to produce the best work to achieve the best results and hit client & company goalsย
  • Lead motion design from ideation and storyboarding through file organization and execution
  • Consistently sharing digital marketing, design, and social trends, experimenting with emerging tools and techniques
  • Partner with copywriters and growth marketing managers to ensure copy and design work together
  • Work directly with clients to maintain strong, communicative relationships while presenting data-backed design recommendations
  • Analyze and interpret past creative performance data, translating insights into improved design strategies
  • Collaborate with a team of creatives and strategists on campaign planning and implementation and creative roadmapsย
  • Apply UI/UX principles across projects
  • Contribute to other company and design team initiatives as assigned (e.g., thought leadership content, company videos)
  • Stay willing to learn, grow, and adapt at a fast pace

You have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on, social-first design experience, ideally with a growth marketing background
  • Expert knowledge of multiple social channels and how to activate them through visual messaging, copy, and content
  • Strong Figma and UI/UX skills, from initial ideation and strategy through execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting and framing your own creative direction
  • Working knowledge of AI design and productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Claude, Gemini) and how to apply them to speed up ideation, iteration, and production
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance creative output, experimentation and efficiency without compromising craft, originality, or quality
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, internet culture, memes, and trends
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Illustrator)
  • Comfort moving seamlessly between motion, web, and social design disciplines
  • A passion for clear, smart design and impactful visual communication
  • Effective time management and project management skills

Nice to have:

  • 3D design skills and tools like Blender, Cinema4D, Cavalary
  • Web design experience, including Webflow, Wordpress, Claude Code
  • BFA in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Design, or a related field
