Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential for success in this field.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in remote creative marketing?

To thrive in Remote Creative Marketing, a strong background in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and visual design principles is essential, often supported by a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Job description

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting to: Vice President Marketing

ABOUT US

At Alorica, we only do one thing - make lives better, one interaction at a time. We're a global leader in customer service and experience, serving the world's biggest brands with tens of thousands of employees in hundreds of locations around the globe.

We're the largest minority-owned CX provider, delivering digital-first, people-centered experiences for some of the world's most respected brands. For over 25 years, we've been helping businesses solve their toughest customer experience challenges-and we do it better than anyone else.

As a Top Place to Work, we're serious about creating an environment where people show up as their genuine selves. Which means when you succeed, we all do.

HERE'S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE

In this role you will lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, marketing technology, and data systems across the Global Marketing Organization (GMO).  Not only will you need a strong digital background with a well-developed understanding of customer behavior, but also the ability to create a strong case built on data (consumer trends, competitive landscape, best in class experiences, analytics).

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Alorica's digital and demand gen initiatives and make continual improvements to the customer lifecycle journey across account-based marketing, vertical, and brand campaigns. Since you're a team player, this will also mean working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing Managers, IT, and Internal Clients to collaborate, identify, design and implement effective, engaging solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Optimize the customer lifecycle and lead management process including documentation of campaign execution, leads management, automation, and process flows. Help improve scoring models and lifecycle management by facilitating sales handoff, prioritization, and automated nurture programs
  • Own the management, strategy, and execution of Alorica's paid media programs in close partnership with our agency, including handson oversight across multichannel campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, native, retargeting, etc.), with a focus on performance optimization and pipeline impact
  • Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of nurture and drip campaigns across the buyer journey, partnering crossfunctionally to drive lead progression, continuously test and optimize messaging, cadence, and channels, and improve conversion and engagement over time
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled marketing solutions and automation frameworks and partner with enterprise teams to align on standards and architecture
  • Enable marketing teams to efficiently execute campaigns through scalable systems, develop reusable templates and automation patterns, and improve speed and quality of campaign deployment
  • Oversee testing and implementation of campaigns to actively analyze targeting and segmentation, advertising creative, landing pages, and positioning to increase ROI and drive volume. Research and present new developments and opportunities for ongoing campaign optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital platforms and approaches for analytics and data collection including cookie, third party pixels, etc. in compliance with local and global regulations and requirements

WHAT'LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years experience of digital marketing experience
  • Comfortable with key MarTech stack: HubSpot, Demandbase, WordPress, GA4, Looker, Funnel.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
  • Proven experience launching, executing, and optimizing creative marketing programs that help drive revenue
  • Exceptional collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills while always championing the user experience
  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute quickly while still following best practices in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience inkeyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques a plus

Location Note: We are only considering candidates and hiring for this position in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia and Virginia.
