Title: Creative Marketing Assistant
Location: Corporate Office
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Details: Salary Exempt, Non-Supervisory
Job Summary: This position is part of a team that assists with marketing programs and projects, primarily focusing on the creation of various marketing graphics and creative materials to be used online and in printed form. Materials include but are not limited to social media content, flyers, handouts, and other forms of visual content. This position is also responsible for scheduling social media posts, monitoring and addressing social media communications, and working cross-departmentally for creative purposes. Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and track marketing programs and promotions
  • Prepare creative marketing materials (graphic and written) including social media content, fliers, and logos
  • Coordinate between offices and corporate; as well as with cooperating staff to compile data for marketing and social media events
  • Utilize social media scheduling software for content posting and communication ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal marketing communications and print materials
  • Monitor email account and social media channels and follow up as applicable
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
