Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: TC Restaurant Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for our artist-branded venues. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality and entertainment marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in executing campaigns, creating content, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our venue and artist brands.


The Marketing Coordinator is expected to work between 40 - 50 hours weekly, with an average 5-day work week. Schedules are tentative and hours expected can be dependent on business levels, special events, holidays, etc. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotions, social media, and events, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

- Content Creation: Support the creation of social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect the brand voice and engage audiences.

- Event Support: Assist in coordinating in-venue activations, events, and guest service initiatives to enhance guest experience.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to artist and venue branding guidelines.

Data Tracking: Help track campaign performance metrics, gather insights and support the team in reporting to measure success.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives across venues.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

- 0-2 Years of experience in marketing or related field, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industries.

- Ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members (i.e. email, chat/text messaging)

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to tasks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.

- Interest in live music, entertainment, and hospitality.
