Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to execute pillar marketing campaigns to support the overall strategy including website content, email marketing, social media, partnership deliverables and sales collateral.
  • Support content and marketing needs for successful website and marketing launch plans.
  • Entry-level capabilities in marketing technologies (Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation software and others).
  • Understanding of pulling/analyzing all necessary information to provide actionable optimizations to marketing campaigns.
  • Support on executing partner deliverables to increase brand integration, quality of traffic/leads and overall joint marketing efforts.
  • Support external relationships and respective marketing deliverables. These include but are not limited to, teams, sponsors, track promoters and global sales agent network.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team on development of digital content across email and social media.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities that support department goals & strategy, in support of Content Specialist and Content Lead.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or affiliated specialized area
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with understanding of digital marketing
    • Knowledge of online platforms, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, content management systems, digital sales platforms and google analytics
  • Skills/Abilities
    • Knowledge and experience in content marketing with an SEO/SEM focus
    • Ability to prioritize and make decisions proactively in a rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • A strong desire to learn and further develop your skills
    • Analytical skills to assess performance and make improvements
  • Ability to establish trust, be confident and credible, and build collaborative partnerships across time zones, geographies and cultures
