D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Email Marketing Manager. The right candidate is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of email marketing campaigns across national and multi-market operations. This role oversees campaign development, template governance, deployment processes, and performance reporting to support lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Develop and manage email marketing strategies and campaign calendars aligned with national initiatives and division-level priorities
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, copy development, design coordination, template usage, and deployment
  • Maintain and govern email template libraries to ensure brand consistency, scalability, and efficient campaign execution
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, including rendering validation, link testing, suppression management, and tracking accuracy
  • Coordinate campaign scheduling with lifecycle and automated marketing programs to optimize timing and prevent audience overexposure
  • Partner with division and marketing teams to gather content, assets, and campaign requirements for timely execution
  • Develop and maintain campaign production workflows and documentation to support scalability and process consistency
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including engagement and conversion metrics, and implement improvements to optimize results
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to align email campaigns with broader demand generation strategies
  • Maintain documentation of campaign processes, templates, and reporting standards
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of email marketing experience, including campaign execution and performance management
  • Experience managing campaign calendars and multi-campaign deployments
  • Email marketing platforms, campaign deployment processes, and deliverability best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms, campaign deployment processes, and deliverability best practices
  • Demonstrated skill with campaign execution, quality assurance, and performance analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate
