Our client is a specialized digital marketing agency that helps mental health, behavioral health, and healthcare organizations grow through website development, SEO, paid media, branding, content, and digital strategy services. They work closely with client practices across the U.S., combining strategic marketing with ongoing website management and optimization.

We are looking for a WordPress Specialist focused on maintenance and website edits to support a high volume of day-to-day client website requests. This role is centered on executing content updates, Elementor edits, plugin and theme maintenance, and basic website troubleshooting while following established workflows and quality standards. The ideal candidate is experienced with WordPress, understands staging versus production environments, and is comfortable working within a ticket-based process with strong attention to detail. This position plays a key role in keeping client websites accurate, functional, and up to date while escalating work that falls outside the maintenance scope.

  • Complete WordPress website edit requests, including content updates, navigation and menu changes, employee bios, forms, and minor Elementor edits.
  • Perform plugin and theme updates using approved standards while identifying and flagging non-standard requests.
  • Verify staging versus production environments before making changes and follow staging-first workflows for non-trivial updates.
  • Monitor websites for basic issues such as broken links, layout problems, and plugin conflicts, escalating issues that require development support.
  • Maintain before-and-after documentation for production changes and accurately update ticket status and time tracking in the project management system.
  • Communicate turnaround times, scope questions, and maintenance updates clearly with internal account managers and the web team.
  • Route requests outside the standard maintenance scope, including new page builds, migrations, or complex development work, to the appropriate team lead.
  • Hands-on experience managing and editing WordPress websites.
  • Experience with Elementor, content management, navigation menus, forms, plugin management, and minor layout edits.
  • Understanding of staging and production environments and safe website deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress hosting environments and basic website troubleshooting.
  • Experience working within a ticket-based or task management workflow with strong documentation and status updates.
  • Clear written English communication for coordinating website requests and reporting progress.
  • Basic knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance concepts is a plus.
